Challenge: increase awareness and generate leads from retail clients.Led a 6-month campaign, The Total Experience for Retail promoting Mazars enterprise retail solutions powered by Dynamics 365 Commerce. This multichannel effort included eBook, blogs, web, syndication, LinkedIn ads and the Retail Envision event.Result: Nurtured 313 leads, achieved a 21% CTR, supported new business wins.
Challenge: build visibility for a new Microsoft practice.Collaborating with leadership, I created a "video first" content strategy. Spearheading a year+ plan, using video to promote our expertise. Blogs, papers, ads, webcasts and video were used to build trust with our Dynamics audience. We also launched a Microsoft YouTube channel to promote solutions on web and social.Within 18 months, created 6 videos, 11 webcasts, 4 events, 19 blogs, 8 papers, 4 syndications campaigns, paid ads, paid social and PR. One campaign generated 575 leads. The webcast series led to 680 leads, supporting $1.5M pipeline growth.
Challenge: increase visibility and build a story for Mazars digital transformation capabilities.Working with 5 executives, we launched the Next Level Digital Transformation campaign. This included extensive content-marketing using blogs, papers, video, case studies. I spearheaded the 2023 Transformation Summit, a roundtable event targeting manufacturing clients.A pivotal part of the 9-month campaign involved a market research study interviewing 500 U.S. mid-market companies, looking at the impact of digital transformation. The study was promoted through PR, digital ads, email and content syndication.The results supported 40+ pieces of content pieces, with 371 total leads from the content and two events, leading to $285K marketing influenced pipeline.
Challenge: The pandemic cancelled in-person events. ServiceNow KNOWLEDGE, was no exception. They shifted to a 6-week virtual event.Spearheading KPMG's sponsor of the virtual event, I worked with key stakeholders and external vendors to map out, and project manage the entire event.It was a success, resulting in over 197K social impressions and 565 session views. I coordinated and developed 8 SME videos, 10 KPMG presentations, social media plan crafting 30+ posts, and paid ads. We built brand awareness, engaged new leads and nurtured prospects with email marketing.

The Oklahoma National Guard wanted to increase visibility for new recruits. This called for a refreshed interior and exterior to 8 recruiting centers.Finding, scoping and building the proposal within 72 hours was a quick turn, but we won the bid. From here, we worked with the client on the goals, objectives and timing.Within six months of being awarded the project, we engaged with the OKC leadership, conducted site visits to eight centers, finalized the project scope, developed designs, and installed new designs, graphics, and signage across all eight recruiting centers. It was a win-win, building enhanced visibility to the centers.

I believe marketing is most effective when it supports the full growth cycle of an organization — building visibility in the market, establishing trust through thought leadership, creating opportunities for relationships to develop, and supporting business development efforts that lead to new clients.
